About the Event
IGNITE brings together leaders from across sectors—nonprofits, corporations, philanthropies, government—to build what's next for the field.
IGNITE is one event, two distinct experiences. Day 1—IGNITE: Summit (Nov 4) convenes cross-sector leaders to shape a Blueprint for the field. Day 2—IGNITE: Corporate Action Forum (Nov 5) is a smaller, invitation-only working session for corporate leaders, turning Day 1's momentum into action participants can take inside their own companies.
IGNITE isn't a room you sit in — it's a room you build in. Bring a point of view, expect to be challenged, and leave with a plan (and probably a few new co-conspirators).
One Pivotal Moment
Nonprofits aren't just essential — they're extraordinary. They deliver the services, hold the relationships, and do the work communities depend on, every single day. Imagine what they could do with the full support they deserve.
Right now, three shifts are making that support possible in ways it never was before. AI is expanding what nonprofits can do — the right expertise can turn a few hours of pro bono support into outcomes that used to take weeks. Service is becoming a workforce development engine — professionals sharpen real skills, and companies develop tomorrow's talent, by giving their time. And new cross-sector partnerships are unlocking ways to fund and scale pro bono that simply didn't exist a few years ago.
These are the three big bets IGNITE is making: The AI Leap, Service as a Workforce Engine, and New Models for Catalytic Change. This is the field's window to leap, not inch.
